Premier Division supported by Sportsform Despite their trip to Biggleswade FC Reserves being postponed due to covid 19 issues within the host club AFC Oakley remain on top of the Premier Division supported by Sportsform standings after first Cranfield United saw their home encounter with Stevington abandoned at half-time due to a serious player injury and then Elstow Abbey only gaining a point away at Crawley Green Reserves from a 2-2 draw. This point taking the Abbey up into second spot thanks to a brace of goals from Scott Alleyne whilst the hosts are now unbeaten in their last 10 outings and very much in the title race despite only currrently sitting in eighth place. Timmy Akerele and Rashaun Rattigan marking their scoresheet. For Sharnbrook it was home win number three on the bounce to climb into fourth place with a 5-2 victory over Marston Shelton Rovers. James Barron leading the way with a hat-trick and single goals coming the way of Tarik Dallas and James Wilkinson to bring up the nap hand against Rovers replies via Harry Baker and Ben Moore. Whilst also going nap were Caldecote who ended a three game losing away run with a 5-0 victory at Riseley Sports who have now lost their last four home games. Ricky Aris, Rafe Goodman, Tashriq Andrews, Kasley Tyler and Jake Bruce all finding the back of the net. The other two encounters finishing 1-1. AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College with a goal from Scott Dummett ending a five game losing run against Flitwick Town for whom Joshua Arthur Kent netted. Whilst Biggleswade United U23's still await their first home win of the season after sharing the spoils against Shefford Town & Campton Reserves. Robbie Hunt on the United scoresheet and Harry Lovely replying fir the Town. Bedfordshire FA Senior Trophy Semi-Final It was the end of the trophy trail for Queens Park Crescents after they were beaten 0-4 at home by South Midlands League Stotfold. Division One Stotfold Development are now five points clear at the head of the Division One standings after they retained their seasons 100% home record with a 5-0 victory over Cranfield United Reserves. Kurtis Alleyne with a hat-trick supported by single goals from Kyle Watson and Kyle Young doing the damge. Whilst second place Potton United Reserves were beaten 3-0 at Totternhoe Reserves who were winning their fourth home game on the bounce with goals from Ryan Quinn, Lee Loasby and Mason Perry. Now up into third spot are Sporting Lewsey Park who retained their seasons unbeaten away ways in chalking up their fourth win on the bounce 4-0 at Pitstone & Ivinghoe Reserves. Luke Lincoln, Chris Gibson, Lee Mooney and Jonathan Barnett all finding the back of the net. Whilst also enjoying life on the road were St Josephs ( Saturday) who returned to winning ways for the first time in five outings by beating Lea Sports PSG 4-1. Simon Richards, Aaron Jarvis, Tom McMahon and Kenan Dogruer all marking their scoresheet against a lone PSG reply via Sean Dixon. For Wilstead it was a first home win in seven outings in beating Henlow 2-0 thanks to goals from Sam Evans and Luke Pursey. Whilst Flitwick Town Reserves drew 3-3 at home against Barton Rovers Reserves. Florin Filmon netting twice and Dan Staniforth once against Rovers replies from Robbie Large, Luke Jeffery and Rhys Lee. Division Two supported by Hy-Pro With League Leaders Wootton Blue Cross having their home game against Bedford SA postponed due to Covid 19 issues at SA their lead at the head of the table is now down to a single point after Clifton retained their seasons unbeaten ways with a 9-1 victory at The 61 FC Luton Reserves. Liam Chalkley with a hat-trick, George Denman with a brace joined on the scoresheet by an own goal and single strikes from Ben Southby, Matty Nugent and James Fallart against a lone home reply via Uba Gerald. It was a return to winning ways for Stopsley United with a 3-2 home win over Harlington Juniors. Stevie Davie, Shane Scott and Sean Kinsella on their scoresheet against Junior replies via Jack Gatwood and a Ben Whalley penalty. Whilst Soccerlise were held to a 2-2 home draw by AFC Kempston Town & Bedford Colege Reserves. Petru Budean and Voni Maswanganyi marking the home scorecard against Town replies via Connor Butterworth and Sam King. Covid 19 issues seeing the games AFC Oakley Reserves v FC Haynes and Renhold United v AFC Bedford United postponed. Division Three suppoted by Hy-Pro The lone game of the afternoon leaving Sandy still looking for their first league win of the season after being held to a 1-1 draw at CS Rovers. Jack Fox on the Sandy scoresheet against a Rovers reply from Kai Barton. Division Five Woodside Adult are now up into fourth place in the Division Five standings after winning 2-1 at Revivalists thanks to goals from Ollie Mallord and Saul Gunn. against a lone home reply via Connor Steels. Watson Shield Group A For FC Haynes Reserves who have already booked their passage into the knockout stages it was a 5-4 home victoey over Newman United. Kieron Stock and Harry Mabbitt both netting twice and Matthew Clarke once to bring up the nap hand against United replies Joe Keegan with a brace plus single goals from Sam Woodman and Daniel Gaweda. Whilst second spot Shefford Town & Campton U23's were 6-2 home winners over Marston Shelton Rovers Reserves. Charlie Dee with a hat-trick, Archie Scutchings with a brace and a single goal from Louis Singhbrar on the Town scoresheet against Rovers replies from Adam Kerr and Joe Olesiin. Group B Wootton Blue Cross Reserves now top the Group B standings after winning 4-2 at Sporting Carpathians Reserves. Ryan Smith, Sam Willett, Connor Macken and Ali Mohiyaldeen all finding the back of the net against home replies via Ben Wiles and Madalin Andrei-Corneanu. Group C Square FC are now up into second spot following their 4-1 home victory over Blunham. Connor Taylor with a hat-trick plus a single goal from Sam Barrett doing the damage against a lone Lee Arnold reply. Group D The Sharnbrook Reserves v Catsbrook Wanderers game postponed due to Covid 19 issues at the Wanderers. Group E M&DH Clapham Sports top the Group E standings after winning 7-1 at Sandy Reserves. Charlie Connelly, Fred Shannon, Owen Tuffin, Louie Lee, Daniel Baddow, Nick Sidwell and Jack Shears all finding the back of the net against a lone home reply via Jimmy Scott. Whilst in second spot are Elstow Abbey Reserves following their 6-1 home win over Clifton Reserves. Bradley Duffet leading the way with a hat-trick which included one from the penalty spot alongside a brace from Stephen Champion and a single strike from Dan Jeffries against a lone reply via Khaled Phillips. Group F Luton Panthers are now up into second spot after winning 4-2 at Lea Sports PSG Reserves. Kieron Witter with a brace plus single goals from Luciano Witter and Aaron Matthews outweighing a home PSG brace from Charlie Nicholson. Group G FC Polonia (Luton) booked their place in the last 16 knock-out stages with a 5-0 home win over Kempston Rovers. Marcin Bator and Marcin Ostrowski both netting twice and Mateusz Domisz once . Whilst Covid 19 issues at M&DH Clapham Sports Reserves saw their home game with Bedford Santos postponed. Group H Wootton Blue Cross U23's now top the Group H standings after they won 3-2 at Atletico Europa. Zach Baker nettingt twice and Keaton Marston once against home replies via Mark Charles and Aaron Romain. |
