Premier Division supported by Sportsform Elstow Abbey took a big step forward towards lifting the Premier Division supported by Sportsform League title in retaining their seasons unbeaten ways with a 5-1 home victory over Crawley Green Reserves. Dan Green and Glenn Tumulity both netting twice and Aaron Jones once to bring up the Abbey nap hand before the Green marked their scoresheet via a late own goal.Whilst second place Cranfield United were beaten 3-0 at now in sixth place Caldecote. Giuseppe Fallano, James Tudbury and Corey Tyler all finding the back of the net. For fourth place Biggleswade FC Reserves it was win number four on the bounce with a 3-1 away victory at Queens Park Crescents thanks to goals from Josh Roberts, Mark Charles and Oliver Thomas against a lone Crescents reply via Mohammed Ahmed. Whilst Marston Shelton Rovers did themselves a big favour in their quest to beat the drop when a lone goal from Harry Baker took them to a 1-0 home victory over Shefford Town & Campton Reserves. Elsewhere, bottom of the table Barton Rovers Reserves are still in search of their first away win of the season following their 2-1 deaf at Riseley Sports. James Cooke and Sonny Newton-Cootes netting for the home side against a lone Rovers reply via Nathan Miller. Britannia Cup Quarter-Final Stotfold Development will now face a Semi-final tie against Sharnbrook following their 2-1 home victory over AFC Oakley. Joe Bennett and Ashley Kersey netting the goals against a lone reply via Nathan Aulsberry. Division One Lea Sports PSG are now nine points clear at the head of the Division One league table after they were gifted three points when Bedford Town Under 23's failed to raise a side to travel to Walnut Tree Road to meet them. Whilst for now third place Henlow it was an extension of their unbeaten home ways up to six games with a 2-1 home victory over Milton Keys Dons Set U19. Luke Hills giving them a 28th minute lead before it seemed game over when from a free kick Alex Harris headed home to double their lead just seven minutes from time only to see The Dons reduced the arrears just four minutes later via Kingsley Bates. Now in fourth place are Buffs FC who took their unbeaten ways up to five games with a 2-1 home victory over Renhold United thanks to goals from Joe Jenkins and Paul Morris against a lone reply via Delroy Phillips. With Cranfield United Reserves dropping in the table to fifth spot after losing 6-2 at Bedford Albion. for whom Dan Jeffers led the way with a hat-trick and was joined on their scoresheet by single goals from Jamie Hall, Lukr Pursey and Keshawa Sergeon against United replies from Ryan Phelps and Alban Elfojani. Elsewhere, Lewsey Patk saw their four game winning home run halted when going down 2-4 to Wootton Blue Cross. Joe Holmes and Ertone Bomola both netting twice for the Blue Cross against Park replies from Chris Gibson and Jonathan Barnett. Division Two supported by Hy-Pro There is no change at the head of the Division Two supported by Hy-Pro league standings following wins for the top three clubs. For league leaders Westoning Recreation it was the retension of their seasons unbeaten away ways when winning 3-1 at Shefford Town & Campton development. George Scott netting twice and Oscar Garner once against a lone reply from Town's Lewis Dickson. Whilst second place Harlington Juniors took their winning ways up to eight games with a 6-1 home victory over AFC Kempston Town Hammers Reserves . Ben Whalley and Chris Tillett both grabbing braces to go alongside single goals from Jamie Small and Luke Williams against a lone Hammers reply via Jake Duxbeery. For third place Bedford SA it was a 5-3 away victory at Wilstead. Ollie Hughes with a brace plus single goals from Michael Allen, Aaron Baxter-Chaplin and Jerome Smith bringing up the nap hand against home replies from Paul Jones twice and Stefan Jones once. Whilst now fourth place Wootton Blue Cross Reserves were the 3-1 home winners over Brache Phoenix with goals from Will Wright, Keaton Marsh and Sam Creamer. Elsewhere, Stopsley United were 4-1 home winners over Flitwick Town Reserves. Emmanuel Oyegoke with a hat-trick plus a goal from Jezmine Morris doing the damage against a lone Town reply from Jack Farthing. Whilst Caldecote Reserves with a goal from Carl Heath took their unbeaten ways up to seven games in sharing the spoils in a 1-1 draw at FC Haynes. for whom Scott Frusciante netted. Whilst AFC Bedford United were gifted the three points when The 61 FC Luton Reserves failed to raise a side to host them at Beverley Road. Division Three supported by HY-Pro League Leaders Ickwell & Old Warden remain unbeaten on the road this season and in their last 16 outings after winning 5-2 at Sporting Carpathians Reserves. Luke Gurney with a brace plus single goals from Zak Robinson, Ricky Aris and Jack Fox bringing up the nap hand against a home brace in reply from Kadeem Maddix. Whilst second place Sharnbrook Reserves with goals from Jack Constable and Nathan O'Halleran were the 2-0 home winners over M&DH Clapham Sports. For third place Stotfold Junior who only trail Sharnbrook Reserves by three points it was a 4-0 victory at Sandy who were losing for the first time on home soil this season. Ross Irving with a brace plus goals from Joseph Evans and Kai Bamford keeping them goal difference ahead of fourth place FC Polonia ( Luton ) who were gifted the three points when FC Haynes Reserves failed to raise a side. For Caddington it was a return to winning ways on the road with a 5-4 win at Lea Sports PSG Reserves. Tory Birch with a hat-trick and single goals from Ryan Lambert and Connor Arnold bringing up the nap hand against home replies via Milton Tomlinson-Dennis twice plus Matt Morton and Joe Hennman. Whilst also enjoying life on the road were Kempston Rovers BCFL the 2-1 winners at bottom of the table Atletico Europa. Division Four With Luton Panthers sitting the afternoon out Blunham are now back onto the top of the Division Four standings following their 11-0 away victory at Revivalists. Connor Heaps leading the way with five goals, Robbie Richmond with a brace plus a own goal and single strikes from Dave Smith, Ricky Lawrence and Jake Powell all marking their scoresheet. The next highest scorers were Clifton Reserves who remain unbeaten on home soil this season following their 7-1 victory over Kempston Athletic Luke Rowe with a hat-trick and braces of goals from Ethan French and Christian Farrugla doing the damage against a lone Athletic reply via Jack McKay. For third place Flitwick Tow A it was the gift of three points after Bedford Wanderers failed to raise a side to travel to meet them and keeps the Town a point clear of Leighton Woodside who took their unbeaten ways up to seven games in winning 6-2 at M&DH Clapham Sports Reserves. Alex Pearse with a hat-trick plus goals from Theo Davidson, Dan Davidson and Fin Bracken marking their scoresheet against home replies via Dylan Weeks and Kieran Barrow. For Catsbrook Wanderers it was a first away win of the season 4-2 at Meltis Rangers. Jamel Matthew, Ben Pincher, Solomon Brown and Joe Olesin all finding the back of the net against Rangers replies via Tom Hughes and Ellis Sharp. Plus also winning on the road were Sandy Reserves 2-0 at Caldecote U23's with goals from Dan Saunders and Callum Saunders. Elsewhere, CS Rovers drew 2-2 at home against Harlington Juniors Reserves. Kayden McMaster and Kai Baron on the Rovers scoresheet against Juniors replies vian an own goal and James Lovett. |
