Premier Division supported by Sportsform Elstow Abbey now find themselves back up into fifth place after they ran out 5-1 away winners at Crawley Green Development. Steve Gentle and Alessandro Guarino with braces plus a single goal from Glenn Tumulty bringing up the nap hand against a lone home reply via Lucas Fisher. Whilst Queens Park Crescents are just a point behind them in sixth place following their 5-1 home victory over Biggleswade FC Reserves. Muhammed Ali Shehzad and Fabio Sattar with braces plus a goal from Mohammed Abbas doing the damage against a lone reply from Rafael Sabado Miles. Elsewhere, following three straight home defeats Shefford Town & Campton Reserves returned to winning ways on home soil with a 1-0 success over Biggleswade United Reserves. Luca Phillps on the mark with the vital lone goal. Britannia Cup Semi-Finals This season's Britannia Cup Final will be between Cranfield United Reserves and Caldecote after they both progressed via a penalty shoot-out. United 6-5 at home over Totternhoe Reserves after 90 minutes play had seen the sides deadlocked at 0-0. Whilst Caldecote won their shoot-out 4-3 at home over Riseley Sports after 90 minutes play had seen the sides all square at 2-2. Tashriq Andrews hit a brace for the home side with Mitchell Crook replying twice for the visitors. Anagram Trophy Quarter-Final Wootton Blue Cross made their way into the last four after two goals from Noah Marsh and a strike from Joe Holmes took them to a 3-2 victory at Herts Senior County League club Cuffley FC. Division One With Sporting Carpathians record now expunged from record Harlington Juniors now find themselves three points clear at the head of the league table after they retained their season's 100% home record and took their unbeaten ways up to 12 games with a 9-0 victory over Ickwell & Old Warden. Freddie Knight with four goals, Ben Whalley with a hat-trick and strikes from James Sheridan and Louis Brandham doing the damage. Whilst second place Stopsley United took their unbeaten ways up to five games in winning 2-1 at Clifton. Bradley Sweeney on the mark twice for the United and Ryam Lamond replying for the home side. For third place Kempston United it was win number four on the bounce with a 4-1 away victory at Bedford SA. Harvey Eagle and Ashton Joyce both found the net twice. Whilst fourth place Bedford Albion were held to a 2-2 home draw by fifth place Buffs FC. Paul Babbington and Reece Martindale on the Albion scoresheet against visitors replies via Elliot Flynn and Joe Jenkin. Beds FA Intermediate Cup Quarter-Final Saw Lu Donz make their way into the last four with a 5-2 away success at AFC Oakley Development. Camerin Saunders and Troy Walker with braces plus a goal from Lamin Conteh bringing up the nap hand against home replies via Regan Scot and Carlo Stamaglia. Division Two North In taking their winning ways up to six games with a 4-1 home victory over AFC Bedford United, Thurleigh now find themselves nine points clear at the head of the Division Two North Standings. Ed Shaw led the way with a hat-trick and was joined on the scoresheet by a goal from Charlie Hurley with the United reply coming from Aaron Fletcher.. With the Caldecote Reserves v FC Haynes game postponed due to a unfit pitch the other two games were both to go to the way of the visitors. For Wixams Wanderers it was a first away win of the season when a strike from Marion Jones plus an own goal saw them 2-1 winners at Shefford Town & Campton Development for whom Callum Maclaughlan replied. Whilst Green End Rovers returned to winning ways for the first time in four outings with a 4-1 success at the bottom of the table M&DH Clapham Sports. Max Notola with a brace plus goals from Ben Peachey and Ben Thomsom only being replied to once by Flynn Bradley for the Sports. Division Two South Just three games to report upon with them all going the way of the visiting sides. For promotion chasing Harlington Juniors Reserves it was win number seven on the bounce 3-1 at AFC Kempston Town Hammers. James Fletcher, Lewis Cooksley and Martin Bull all found the back of the net.against a lone reply from Perry Bonayne for the Hammers. Whilst following two straight defeats Stotfold Junior returned to winning ways in beating Flitwick Town Reserves 3-2. Joshua Butina with a brace plus a goal from Joseph Evans outweighing home replies from Town's Thomas Barnett and Daniel Ruddick. Elsewhere, bottom of the table Brache Phoenix have now lost their last seven games when despite a hat-trick from Yaseen Khan they fell to a 3-5 defeat at the hands of Bletchley Scot whose goals came via Dean Rees twice to go alongside single goals from Ryan Thursell, Benit Tshikuma and Luke Belgrave. Division Three There is no change at the head of the Division Three league table following wins for the top three sides. League leaders Kempston Athletic remaining seven points clear and still unbeaten this season after chalking up win number seven on the bounce in winning 3-1 at Atletic FC to end the home sides seven game unbeaten run. Alexander Wasilewski with a brace and a goal from Hayden Bartram on the mark for the Athletic against a lone reply from Mo Banda for the home side. Whilst second place Lewsey Park are now on a six game winning run after winning 4-0 at The 61 FC Luton Reserves. Patrick Daly with a brace plus goals from Rhys Shekle and Joshua Ogden marking their scoresheet. For third place Sandy Reserves it was a return to winning ways with a 7-0 home success over Queens Park Crescents Development. Theodore Griffith led the way with four goals alongside single strikes from Matt Turner, Edwin Jackson and Callum Walter. Also hitting seven goals were Wilstead in a 7-2 away win at Flitwick Town A their fourth away win on the bounce. Michael Jones with a hat-trick and braces from Jude Thompson and Haider Hussain doing the damage against Town replies via Callum Beer and Matt Mann. Elsewhere, Elstow Abbey Reserves following six straight defeats ended their losing run by sharing the spoils from a 1-1 home draw with Everton Athletic who themselves had lost their last four games. Conor Greensmith the Abbey marksman against a Lewis Grant penalty in reply. Division Four Ampthill Town Colts are now back onto the top of the Division Four league table following their 2-0 home victory over Catsbrook Wanderers thanks to a brace of goals from George Shaw taking them two points clear of Stopsley United Reserves who were beaten 8-4 at Wootton Blue Cross A. Orestas Joaaits, Bradley Matthews and Alfie Young with braces plus goals from Finlay Watt and Koree Francis marking the home scoresheet with a Owen Imprey hat-trick, one from the penalty spot plus Cameron Nagle replying for United. For M&DH Clapham Sports Reserves thanks to a brace of goals from Sonto Nnamdi it was a 2-1 away victory at Henlow Hurricanes for whom Dean Richardson replied. Whilst due to an unfit pitch the EB Lions U21 home game with AFC Clophill was postponed. Watson Shield 2nd Round Turvey made their way into the next round with a 6-2 home win over Everton Athletic Reserves. Jake King led the way with a hat-trick to go alongside single goals from George Shingleton, William Westwood and Owen Hubbard. The replies coming via Jamie Walker and Michael Freeman. |
