Premier Division supported by Sportsform The top of the table clash at Harvey Close was to go the way of the visitors with Stotfold Development running out 5-4 winners over the hosting Caldecote to now head them by three points at the summit of the league table. Ashley Kersey with a hat-trick plus single goals from Harry Smith and Charlie Cain bringing up the nap hand. The home replies came via Evan Beldon, Rafe Goodman, Lloyd James and Sonny Newton-Cootes. Also winning 5-4 away from home were Shefford Town & Campton Reserves at AFC Kempston Town Hammers to pick up their first points of the season and leave the Hammers now the only top flight club still seeking their first victory of the 2023-24 season. Tobin Marshall with a brace plus single goals from Dos Santos Jesus Jesus, Olatunde Okeowo and Yayron Armstrong bringing up the visitors nap hand against braces in reply from Hammers Jake Duxbury and Harold Stevens. Now sitting in third spot in the standings are AFC Oakley following their 1-1 draw at Elstow Abbey. Chris Amadi marked their scoresheet against a home reply from James Copley. Thus leap frogging Biggleswade United Reserves in the table who fell to their first defeat of the season 3-2 at Queens Park Crescents. Sheldon Washington, Shazad Sattar and Dominic Parrella netted for the Crescents against United replies via Robbie Hunt and Seymar Hammond. Just goal difference behind United in fifth place sit Crawley Green Reserves who ran out 2-1 home winners over Biggleswade FC Reserves thanks to goals from Temitayo Akerele and Gulain Lusmabya against a lone reply vis Jordan Stevenson for the visitors. Whilst following three straight defeats Marston Shelton Rovers returned to winning ways with a 4-2 home victory over Flitwick Town who have now lost their last four outings. Sam Smith with a brace plus Matthew Eddy and Harry Baker finding the back of the net for the Rovers against Town replies from Dan Staffford and Martin Byrne. Elsewhere, a lone 46th minute goal from Jamie Simmons took Riseley Sports to their first win of the season at home over Sharnbrook. Division One It's Bedford Albion who are flying high at the top of the Division One League table after they maintained their 100% ways with a 4-1 away victory at Harlington Juniorrs who were being beaten on home soil for the first time this season. Reece Baker with a brace plus goals from Paul Babbington and Jamie Daniels only being replied to once by Nathan Boyle for the home side. In second spot three points adrift of the Albion are Totternhoe Reserves who ran out 7-3 home winners over Henlow. Jordan Knight lead the way with a hat-trick, Blake Garner grabbed a brace and single goals came the way of Danny Grantham and Dave O'Brien againt Henlow replies via Tyler Louden, Max Newton and Aldous Taylor from the penalty spot. Now up into third spot are AFC Oakley Development following their 4-0 home victory over the previous 100% Renhold. Omojiseoluwa Bankole with a brace plus goals from Derek Amoako and Harry Holland doing the damage. Whilst Lewsey Park with goals from Chris Gibson and Lee Mooney claimed their first win of the season 2-1 at home over Clifton whose lone reply came from Toby Gibbs. Elsewhere, Milton Keynes Dons Set U19 gained their first point of the season from a 1-1 home draw with Bedford SA. Andrew Latimer on the mark for the visitors. Whilst Buffs FC were the 14-1 home winners over Cambridge FC. Paul Morris led the way with six goals, Jonathan Poleszuk and George Farrell netted braces and single goals came the way of Taylor Moore, Jack Bendon, Joe Holmes and Callum Mckenna against a lone reply via Morad Morad. Post the weekend games Cambridge FC have now been dropped into Division Three supported by Hy-Pro . Which means the revised league table will see AFC Oakley Development swap second and third places with Totternhoe Reserves at the head of the league table standings behind Bedford Albion. Division Two North. Just five games into the season Ickwell & Old Warden find themselves five points clear at the head of the Division Two North standings after win number five from five outings came via a 8-0 home victory over Bande Rouge. Luke Gurney and Zak Robinson both netted braces to go alongside single strikes from Steve Monks, Cameron Browne, Jack Fox and Kyle Johanesson. Whilst second place AFC Bedford United required just a 39th minute goal from Tayvon Charles to win 1-0 at Kempston United. Up into third spot are Shefford Town & Campton Development who won 5-0 at AFC Kempston Town Hammers Reserves who still await their first point of the season. Evan Hunt, Kyle Cook, Harry Lovely, George Starling plus an own goal marking their scoresheet to bring up the nap hand. Whilst Caldecote Reserves are now up into fourth place following their 4-1 home victory over Wilstead. Liam Beech led the way with a hat-trick alongside a goal from Jake Wallace against a lone Joe Sullivan reply. Enjoying life on the road were Blunham who with a brace from Connor Heaps including one from the penalty spot and a strike from Ricky Lawrence won 3-2 at Sharnbrook Reserves whose home replies came from Edward Hatfield-Shaw and Bradley Duffett. Whilst Wootton Blue Cross Reserves with a lone goal from Reece Mills were 1-0 home winners over M&DH Clapham Sports. Division Two South Despite a brace of goals from Brad Freeman only being good enough to earn Westoning Recreation a 2-2 home draw against New Bradwell St Peter Development they still sit on top of the Division Two South league table. The visitors goals coming via Donell Mahanzu and Tate Gray. However, just a point behind them in second spot having played two games fewer are Stopsley United who were 6-2 home winners over Stotfold Junior. Michael Carter led the way with a hat-trick to go alongside single goals from Erind Deda, Callum Patrick Frater and Esmir Gurkuqi whilst Adam Carter and Jacob Kirby hit the Junior replies. The biggest away win of the day went to FC Haynes 6-1 at FC Polonia (Luton ) Cian Mitchell and Tyler Winter both netted braces alongside single strikes from Ross Airson and James Roach.against a lone reply from Fabien Pawelee. Whilst also winning on the road were Lea Sports PSG who via an own goal and a strike from Joe Hennam won 2-1 at Caddington whose reply came via Ronnie Burden from the penalty spot. Elsewhere, LU Donz picked up their first home points of the season in beating Sporting Carpathians 4-2. Troy Walker with a hat-trick and a goal from Cameron Saunders doing the damage., against a brave in reply from Julian Constantin Cojocariu. Whilst goals from Tendayi Hwiza and Kurt Antony Thomas helped Brache Phoenix to maintain their seasons unbeaten ways in earning a point from a 2-2 draw at Flitwick Town Reserves whose goals came via Melidi Gana and David Lyons. Division Three supported by Hy-Pro Bedford Albion Development remain 100% for the season and three points clear at the head of the Division Three supported by Hy-Pro standings following their 4-1 home win over Elstow Abbey Reserves. Connor Silvey with a brace plus Hichem Ben and Pasquale Grasso on their scoresheet against a lone Abbey reply from Ross Milton. Whilst the biggest away win of the day took Luton Panthers to a 6-1 victory at GS Athletic who still await their first point of the season. Max Zih and Tau Roberts both netted brace to go alongside single strikes from John Katati and Nick Sharpe against a lone home reply from Alexander Emery. Also winning on the road were Caldecote A 3-2 at Leighton Woodside Rovers. Charlie Richardson, Luca La Francessa and Jamie Richardson all finding the back of the net against Rovers replies via Dan Davison and Theo Davison. Whilst Clifton Reserves were gifted the three points when CS Rovers failed to raise a side to journey to meet them at Whiston Crescents. Elsewhere, Flitwick Town A with four goals from Andrew Graham were 4-2 home winners over Queens Park Crescents Development against a brace in reply from Ameer Ali. Division Four Atletic FC lead at the head of the Division Four league table is now down to a single point after goals from Mo Banda and Mesumbo Kezhzong was only enough to earn them a share of the spoils from a 2-2 draw at Shefford Town & Campton U23., whose goals came via Ashley Heley and Isaac Talboy. Sitting in that second spot are Kempston Athletic who having played a game fewer retained d their seasons 100% ways when a goal from Lance Jeffers took them to a 1-0 win at Lidlington United Sports Club Colts. The biggest winners of the day were Dunstable Wanderers who claimed their first win of the season 6-1 at home against Turvey. Alex Saka with a hat-trick, Jack Brown with a brace and a single goal from Andrew Gibson doing the damage. Just a goal behind them and now in third place are Meltis Rangers who ran out 5-1 home winners over Leighton Woodside Athletic. Ellis Sharpe with a hat-trick plus single goals from Gavin Matthews and Joshua Smith bringing up the nap hand against a lone reply from Liam Milne for the visitors. Elsewhere, Sandy Reserves remain 100% on home soil this season following their 4-0 victory over Catsbrook Wanderers. Charlie Singleton with a hat-trick and a single strike from James Scott doing the damage. Whilst a successful penalty from Sonto Niamdi could not prevent M&DH Clapham Sports Reserves losing 1-2 at home to Ampthill Town Colts whose both goals came from Marcus Sugrue. |
