Renhold bring off the cup shock of the day.
 Premier Division supported by Sportsform

It's all change again at the head of the Premier Division supported by Sportsform standings with AFC Oakley now back on top of the pile after they retained their seasons 100% home record with a 3-1 victory  over a Stevington side losing for the first time on the road this season. Shaun Barnett, Josh Moran and Joe McDonagh marking the home sheet and Antonio Ricciardi replying for the visitors. Losing out on the top spot and now in second spot are Cranfield United who duly lost their six game unbeaten run when beaten 4-0 at Marston Shelton Rovers. Sam Moore and Harry Murray both netting twice to do the damage.


Now in third spot and trailing Cranfield United on goal difference only are Elstow Abbey who required just a single goal from Glen Tumulty to win 1-0 at home over AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College. Whilst the only away win of the day saw Flitwick Town end a three game losing run with a 5-4 victory at Riseley Sports. Dylan Gittens leading the way with a hat-trick plus single goals coming from Dan Stafford and a Phil Matthews penalty to bring up the nap hand against home replies via Alex Taylor twice plus single strikes from Jamie Simmons and Dan Bennett.


For Crawley Green Reserves it was win number seven on the bounce with a 3-1 home victory over Stevington. Chis Butler, Timmy Akerele and Josh Edwards all marking the home scoresheet against a lone reply from James Barron. Whilst Biggleswade FC Reserves chalked up their third home win on the bounce with a 4-2 win over their landlords Caldecote. Oscar Smith with a brace plus Sammy Diaz and Ollie Lee netting the goals.


The Shefford Town & Campton Reserves v Biggleswade United U23's game postponed due an unfit pitch at Hitchin Road.


Division One


Lea Sports PSG now sit third in the Division One league table after they came from a goal down to win 2-1 at Henlow. Luke Hills opening the scoring for the home side before goals from Will Tyler and a Kian Devers header won the day for PSG. Whilst Totternhoe Reserves were the 7-1 home winners over Wilstead. Brayden Judge and Jake Daley both netting hat-tricks alongside a single goal from Farrell Whitman against a lone Jay Hall reply for the visitors.


Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Cup Quarter-Finals


The result of the day saw Renhold net a 3-1 home victory over Stotfold Development. Reece Brown netting twice and Sergi Kadji once against a lone reply from Kurtis Alleyne for the visitors. Whilst Sporting Lewsey Park ensured this seasons final will be an all Bedfordshire County Football League encounter after winning 4-2 in a penalty shoot-out at AFC Dunstable Development after 90 minutes play had saw the sides deadlocked at 2-2. Lee Mooney and Rhys Shekle the Park's goalscorers.


For Potton United Reserves it was a 4-1 victory at Flitwick Town Reserves. Terry Offeh with a brace plus Josh Cobb and Craig Packman netting for United against a lone Town reply from Joe O'Donnel. Whilst also winning on the road were Barton Rovers Reserves 3-2 at St Josephs (Saturday) Jamie Small netting twice and Luke Renshaw once against a home brace in reply from Dean Whittaker.


Division Two supported by Hy-Pro


Friday evening action at Weston Park saw Wootton Blue Cross go seven points clear at the head of the Division Two supported by Hy-Pro league standings after they took their unbeaten home ways up to five games with a 4-0 victory over Stopsley United. Elliot Leadbetter shooting them ahead in the 24th minute before perhaps the turning point of the game arrived eight minutes later when United goalkeeper Rayon Smith was red carded and from the resulting penalty Ben Hall doubled the Blue Cross lead. Leadbetter then going on to complete his hat-trick with a brace of goals during the second period in the 52nd and 87th minutes.


Saturday afternoon action saw Clifton retain their seasons unbeaten ways and 100% home record to close the gap on Wootton Blue Cross to just four points having also played five games fewer after notching a 7-0 win over The 61 FC Luton Reserves. Ben Southby with a brace plus single goals from Josh Adams, George Dee, Jim Taylor, Matty Law and James Bell doing the damage. Whilst Bedford SA are now up into third spot after winning 4-1 at AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College Reserves. Ollie Raymond, Tyrone Kelly, Tom Andrews and Jerome Smith all finding the back of the net against a lone Town reply from William Buckland.


For Brache Phoenix its now eight games since they won after being held to a 1-1 home draw by Soccerlise. Masum Ahmed their goalscorer against a visitors reply via Petru Budean.


The AFC Bedford United v FC Haynes game postponed due to Covid issues at the home club and the Harlington Juniors v AFC Oakley Reserves encounter postponed due to an unfit pitch.


Bedfordshire FA Junior Cup Quarter-Finals


The lone away victory of the day going to Clifton Reserves who won 3-2 at Atletico Europa. An own goal plus strikes from Christian Farrugia and Dale Houghton outweighing home goals via Paddy Alimanji and Abuki Sulyman. Whilst the biggest home win of the day saw Bedford Santos beat Sandy Reserves 6-1. Sufian Halifi with a brace joined on their scoresheet by single goals from Arkadiusz Szczepanski, Gethin Jenkins, Phillip Hammond and Stefan Tumic against a lone Sandy reply from Darren Jones.


For Newman United it was a 3-2 victory over Sporting Carpathians. Sam Woodman, Sean McMonagle and Igor Zieba netting the goals against replies from Tau Roberts and Andrian Luncasu. Whilst Wootton Blue Cross Reserves were the likewise 3-2 winners over Shefford Town & Campton A. Ryan Smith, Ali Mohiyaldeen and Callum Frater on the Blue Cross scoresheet against Town replies via Sanm Lummis and Sanna Makalo.


Division Three supported by Hy-Pro


The lone Division Three supported by Hy-Pro action of the afternoon saw FC Polonia (Luton) extend their winning home ways to four games with a 3-1 victory over Caldecote Reserves. Marcin Ostrowski, Karol Zarow and Mateusz Krupczak all finding the back of the net against a lone reply from Nick Thomas.


Division Four


For league leaders Kempston Rovers it was a 2-3 home defeat at the hands of Elstow Abbey Reserves. Ollie Pearson, Chris Tillott and Ed Commodore-Mensah on the Abbey scoresheet against Rovers replies via Jeff Gyasi and Tyrell O'Connor. Whilst the Lea Sports PSG Reserves v M&DH Clapham Sports game was postponed due to an unfit pitch.


Watson Shield Group Games


Group A


FC Haynes Reserves duly booked their place in the knockout stages of the competition with a 7-1 home victory over Marston Shelton Rovers Reserves. Michael Bates netting a hat-trick, Jack Vincent a brace alongside single goals from Ryan Spencer and Jack Konopka, the lone Rovers reply being netted by Carl Borromeo.


Group C


Woodside Adult in drawing 5-5 at Blunham remain on top of the Group B standings ahead of their hosts who remain in second spot. Robbie Raymond with a brace plus single goals from Dominic Higgins, Lee Arnold and David Smith bringing up the home nap hand against visitors replies via Aaron Dan with a brace and single goals from Alex Pearse, Saul Gunn and Rory Burke. Whilst Square FC were the 4-2 victors over Revivalists. Connor Taylor hitting a hat-trick and Josh Fennessey netting once against replies via an own goal and Eran Rifat.


Group D


Sandy duly made their way into the last 16 with a 4-2 home win over CS Rovers. Jack Fox with a hat-trick and a single goal from Curtis Hassall doing the trick against Rovers replies via Joe Campion and Aidan Carmody.. Whilst Sharnbrook Reserves are one win away from joining them after winning 6-0 at Catsbrook Wanderers. Charlie Norman, Charlie Hurley, Regan Scott, Josh Crook and Nathan O'Halloran all finding the back of the net.


Group F


Harlington Junior Reserves swapped places with Luton Panthers at the bottom end of the Group F table after beating them 3-2 on their own patch. Liam Dewar, Keegan Inns and Martin Bull on their scoresheet against home replies via Luciano Witter and Jack Charles.


Group H


Wootton Blue Cross Under 23's became the third side to make the last 16 of the afternoon following their 8-2 away victory at Flitwick Town A. Keaton Marsh with a brace plus single goals from Ben Peachey, Callum Myers, Alan Henman, Zack Baker and Jude Thomson only being replied to twice by Town goals from Max Hughes and Tom Bennett.
