The standout scoreline from yesterday's pre-season games was Premier Division supported by Sportsform Caldecote 5-1 victory at Herts Senior County League side Knebworth, Barry Dellar with a hat-trick plus strikes from Paul Gower and Steve Starling doing the damage.

Meantime back at Harvey Close, Caldecote Reserves were running out 7-0 home winners over Cambs League outfit Gamlingay, Matt Basta and Tom Dupey both netting twice alongside goals for Andrew Spiers, Joe Stevens and Ben Gibson.

For Premier Division supported by Sportsform AFC Kempston Town it was a opening outing of their new campaign under new manager Lyndon Ingerson, drawing 2-2 at home against Ridgeons Division One side Warboys Town thanks to strikes from Sam and Jamie Rood.

Over at Rectory Road, a Shefford Town and Campton XI were beaten 0-5 by Premier Division supported by Sportsform Dunton, Paul Chamberlain grabbing a hat-trick,whilst the nap hand was brought up via a brace of goals from the culture boot of Tom McGhee.

Not so lucky were Dunton Reserves who had only a Carl Mercer goal to show for a 4-1 defeat at Stopsley Park.

Even unluckier were Premier Division supported by Sportsform Blunham who suffer the fate of United Counties League Potton United calling of their scheduled game at the 24th hour due to being unable to raise a side.

Two other Premier Division supported by Sportsform clubs however were in action, Southill Alexander having just goals from Jason Lynch and Adam Dunville to show for a 9-2 defeat at Molten South Midlands League Harpenden Town, whilst Woburn were beaten 1-0 at home by league division two newcomers Bromham United, the vital goal arriving 10 minutes from time via Francesco Viggiano.

Elsewhere, Bedford Hatters were beaten just 2-0 at United Counties League Wootton Blue Cross, whilst AFC Turvey enjoyed another win, this time 4-1 at home over Luton Old Boys. Saimir Guri on target twice alongside Chris Winton and Mark Allen against a lone reply from Aaron O'Brien.

For another of this seasons league newcomers Co-Op Sports it was a 2-0 home win over Bedford Park Rangers, Scott Davis and James McMulkin netting the vital goals.

Meantime, Stewartby Village's home clash with Eastcotts ended all square at 1-1. Camine De Foe the home marksman against a Eastcotts reply from Ciaran Alexander.

The final game of the day taking Royal Oak Kempston to a 1-0 home win over Dinamo Flitwick thanks to a goal from Lorenzo Jordan.
